Read this before your next bill

You're already paying for solar. You're just paying the power company for it.

Add up 30 years of electric bills and the total is staggering — and when it's all paid, you own nothing. That's simply how utility billing works. Fund 33 flips it: panels on your roof, power in your home, and a monthly amount that stays on rails.

01

Install day: $0

No down payment, no installation bill, no surprise line items. If your home qualifies, the crew shows up and you pay nothing that day.

02

You don't project-manage

Design, permits, install, monitoring, repairs — one team owns the whole job. Your only task is watching the meter slow down.

03

A bill that stops moving

Your monthly amount is agreed before anything is installed. While utility rates drift upward, yours stays where you left it.

Our commitment

The Fund 33 Performance Promise.

One promise, in writing, for the full 30 years. We own the system — so looking after it is our job, not yours.

We own the system — design, permits, installation, and equipment are on us.

We monitor production and handle maintenance and repairs for the life of the lease.

Your full payment schedule is laid out in your lease before you sign.

The Performance Promise summarizes our commitments — the signed lease agreement is what counts.

Common questions

Home solar, explained.

Straight answers before you sign anything.

Who owns the panels?

Fund 33 owns the system for the life of the lease. You get the power it produces at your home, and we take care of the equipment.

What do I pay?

One predictable monthly lease payment — $0 at signing and nothing out of pocket for equipment or installation. Your payment, term, and support are all listed in your lease agreement before you sign.

How does the monthly payment work?

You pay one predictable monthly payment for the power your system produces. The full payment schedule is laid out in your lease before you sign — what you see is what you pay.

What happens if I move or sell my home?

In most cases the lease transfers to the new homeowner, subject to review and approval. If you're thinking about selling, talk to us early and we'll walk you through it.

Who handles maintenance and repairs?

We do. Fund 33 owns the system, so we're responsible for keeping it running. If something isn't working right, contact us and we'll make it right.

What if the system underperforms?

Your system is designed around your home's energy use, and we monitor production. If output drops because of an equipment issue, we fix it — that's on us, not you.

Will this work on my roof?

Not every home qualifies. During home qualification we check roof condition, shade, and your utility's rules. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you straight.

What happens at the end of 30 years?

Your lease agreement spells out the end-of-term options. We'll review them with you in plain language before you sign, so there are no surprises three decades from now.
